Our Food Philosophy At Adlerfelt, our culinary ideology is guided by responsible ingredient choices year-round and a deep respect for the food culture of Suomenlinna. We constantly explore local food traditions and seasons, drawing inspiration from the ingredients associated with them. We create today’s modern food culture while honoring the history and various stages of Suomenlinna. We are motivated by traditional cooking methods and their contemporary interpretations.
Who We Are Looking For As a Chef, you are a great team player with a desire to evolve. You already have experience in a similar role, but ultimately, your attitude is what counts.
